They also have Plextor's 128GB M3 for $159.99 - http://www.amazon.com/Plextor-PX-128M3S-2-5-Inch-Solid-State/dp/B006I38EJ2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1330721949&sr=8-1
I'd go with the Plextor. You get faster writes for a similar price, but you really can't go wrong with either smile.gif
Edit: Just saw your edit and your board has Sata III. Just be sure to use the Intel (brown) ports.

Yeah, those Plextor's are nice, and have 5 year limited warranty compared to 3 year limited warranty of the Crucial drive. Something else to consider.

Been using the corsair force gt 120gb (Sata III) for a couple months which performs decent imo. It's very stable, haven't had any freezing, bsod, but it's not compatible with Marvel controllers as the performance pro is. Not a issue for me as my mobo also has the intel sata controller as well. The perfm. pro also appears to be a bit faster. But if u're looking for a stable, solid performing ssd (w/o using a Marvel controller as your connection) I'd say the force gt as it's around $170us on amazon for the 120gb. Always been a fan of corsair, they make great products.
But others previously mentioned are great as well, just do your research & make sure to pick something stable as u plan on installing your OS on it as well. thumb.gif

ah, i actually just ordered from Newegg and got their 2 year added warranty on it. I have had bad experiences with Amazon in the past and ive actually avoided them for the most part if i was able to, unless i cant find a game that i can find anywhere through gamestop (Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes) mad.gif

thanks again for the suggestions/feedback its helped me not get the ocz's and actually get a quality SSD. ill be following the install guide to make sure the SSD does not take much space with windows installed to it and lose precious space for the games i want to run on it mainly.

Wowzers, Amazon is my favorite company in the whole world lol. Anyway, I hope you enjoy your new SSD and make sure to use the Intel ports smile.gif

Cool, glad you got it sorted out. I've actually only recently starting purchasing things from Amazon (Ordered a HD back in Sept '11), but have had great experiences so far.
