Hollywood needs to get their junk shaken down. Why do you think they are going after everybody, cuz they pay out to the Hollywood system paying their star actors 25m for a show, what the five? Their Hollywood stars have bloated self worths along with everyone else attached. It's a freaking movie it's not worth 300m, specially when you pay your PA's squat like 50 bucks a day lol. The people who are actually making the movie are paid chump change. That's the real crime!

The FBI files money laundering and racketeering charges on basically all of their cases. Filing and proving guilt though are different matters. Kim is not guilty of either until decided by a court.
It is just like a Police officer will Charge you for all sorts of crap even if you are innocent. It is just a tool to threaten and intimidate and force the accused into making a plea bargain or giving information.

Humafold has already considered Kim Dotcom guilty. The indictment did not list any evidence that any of this is true. He is innocent until he has been proven guilty. Not "oh, well he might of done it, so let's just assume he did"

To be honest I did not know about the racketeering and money laundering charges.

You already consider him innocent. I will reserve my judgment to this then: if what is alleged by the Prosecution can be supported with the hard evidence I hope he is found guilty.

If he wasn't in violation then he will be found innocent. I think he knowingly allowed the transfer of illegal material across his business, using his services. I believe he is an intelligent person. I believe he went with the assumption that the DCMA protected him and he didn't have to worry about the consequences and didn't care as he made money off of it. Lastly, I believe he was foolish in believing so.

And the fact that they did remove links when reported.
So basically he did everything right.

The allegations against him say the opposite. If they can prove it, which they claim they can, what say you?

Afaik he is innocent until proven guilty or did that change because big companies don't like him?. His innocence doesn't need to be proved. What needs proof is that his activities were criminal and afaik we haven't seen any proof of that.

I totally agree. I'm not someone who says to lock him up and throw away a key without a trial.

This discussion is about whether or not we think he is guilty or innocent based on the information we have available. If I was on the jury I wouldn't vote guilty until the case was made on the charges.

I'm allowed to have an opinion before the case begins. I'm going on the basis that I believe the allegations are true and the prosecution will be able to make their case.

"You already consider him innocent" THAT'S BECAUSE HE IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

Let's go over how the courts work, if you cannot be found guilty, you are automatically innocent. Not the other way around. Assumptions will get you no where in life.

Why are you so against him being innocent? Has he done something to offend you?

"If they can prove it" IF until it is TRUE, it is FALSE
