Couple questions, just got my SSD

hello all,

just got my Crucial M4 128gb SSD and I have a few questions about getting my windows on there. I'm reading seans guide and it seems pretty straight forward but I do have a few questions before I get started.

Do I have to Make a Windows 7 Bootable USB Installer if I have my windows 7 home disk?

Do I uninstall windows on my HDD after I install it onto my ssd or beforehand?

Do I install all of my drivers (lan driver, audio drivers, nvidia drivers, marvel controller driver, etc..) onto my ssd or hdd?
