I have seen and actually looked at the X-Navigator very closely. It's really not a bad case for that price.

I say the NZXT too, I played with it a bit at microcenter. It feels pretty sturdy and it looked like it had quite a bit of room. I would get a better psu then the one it comes with. Maybe you can get that case with out it and use the money for a better psu

Here its like 54 bucks cheaper, add a little bit more to that and you can get a pretty good psu.

This should be within your price range. (Since the NZXT is 179...)
Thermaltake Armor
Maybe even the one with the 25cm side intake.

BLKKROW, what part of AZ? Cuz I live in Tucson and the highest that I remember was 112F. Pheonix that same day was 120F. But anyways, The NZXT does look nice, but IMO, I would go with the navigator. Well, it actually depends on your hardware. Since my friend has a similar setup to yours, he gets like 40-ish on the CPU. Celly 2.8, he just applied AS5, I havent asked him what his temps are now. Maybe the same since he cant keep the comp anywhere else except by the fridge. Apartment.
