Yea i see that alot bot posts to get their post count up befor they spam. When i see them i held them till mods can delete and ban the bot.

redfhjytrsregf is one I've noticed myself.
Been posting in several threads including older ones and I suspect he's yet another one.

Has a partial copy (Not a quote) of a post in the HWbot section ( http://www.overclock.net/t/882647/does-ocn-ever-represent-itself-at-major-overclocking-events#post_16639700 ) I noted right off, done word for word with g.gif at the end of each post I've seen from him so far.

Members "zikusarker" and "jadsonwhite52" are spammers!
And I think they are both the same person!
He/she spams about some software about free football games and sports events.
But I added them both to my follow list, and deleted their post faster than they could spam them

Yes, report it and move on. They will be dealt with in time, the quickest way a moderator will be made aware of a spammer is through the reporting system, not here.
