I suppose you could move to countries where they have Stellar Internet and no tracking... That's an option.
Or you make your own modem and program it to use a 3rd party DNS. You know I pay for my internet like most good boys and girls but you still CAN connect to high speed internet without the use of an ISP. I just don't do it because its a pain in the rear. I also don't know if its legal to do that anymore.
