As for the relevance of PCI they obviously saw it relevant enough to include at least one PCI slot, why did they have to put it right beside the PCI-e 16 slot where it would be unusable for anyone with a crossfire/sli setup? They have three PCI-e 1x slots, simple logic would tell you to put the PCI slot on the other side of the PCI-e 16 slot and put the PCI-e 1x slot on the other side.
What general consumer has a need for 3 PCI-e 1x slots? At least with the PCI slot on the other side you would always have access to either PCI or PCI-e 1x even with a Crossfire setup. Their PCI placement begs the question be asked why even put it there in the first place?
Why not simply get a PCI-e sound card and stop complaining...?
Secondly, explain whats the point of even having a PCI slot, it's 2012...
