Updated OCZ Agility 3 FIrmware in RAID instead of ACHI Mode :(? WIll it cause issues?

Hi

I currently have as per sig, RAIDed HDD's. As we can't update firmware with it as primary drive, I loaded windows up on the windows on the HDD's (as you can see, I need to be in RAID mode or it won't find OS to boot up). I updated firmware to the new 2.15 and it shows as that but

as the guide said I should boot as AHCI mode before updating firmware - what problems could I possibly see due to this?

Currently BIOS is set as AHCI - as it is installing fresh Windows 7 on it, having updatred the firmware.

I don't see how else I could have updated the firmware unless I found a computer which could boot windows AHCI mode and use that computer instead - as you can see I didn't have that option.

Will it be fine?:I(

You could have done this: http://www.ocztechnology.com/files/ssd_tools/OCZ_Toolbox_Firmware_Update_Guide_8_12_2011_Windows_consumer_4.pdf

have your sata mode set to ahci when you boot into the linux distro.

Your drive should be fine as long as it is 2.15 firmware.
