Yes.

However, in response to the previous poster I would personally not recommend a OCZ SSD to anyone. I've been lucky with mine, but many others have had serious problems. I am also not content with how OCZ has handled the issues with others. I will not buy another OCZ product simply because of their attitudes with the issues.

M4 64gb or c300 64gb are the fastest to boot in to windows, the bigger ones take longer. filling all 4 ram slots instead of two, boot takes longer, RAID will add so much time to boot (and even virus scans of system) you may as well just stick to a HDD if you are going to raid ssd's!

Me neither, just saw the title. Overall I would still get the M4 again any day. I wouldnt want to get something less reliable just because it may boot Windows 2 or 3 seconds faster. Especially when I only boot once or twice a week. biggrin.gif

So other then the vertex 3 the m4 has the fastest boot speeds then?
The M4 leaves the vertex 3 in the dust by about 5 seconds, ive had both....

I went with the Vertex 3 over the M4 after reading Anandtechs review. They perform fairly similarly but the Vertex 3 was a better deal so I got it instead. Faster boot time isn't really a HUGE deal, either way it's going to be significantly better an a HDD.

I had one of the first Vertex 3's and it was pants (120gb one) I RMA'd it straight away after being given the run around on the OCZ forum.... Hopefully the newer ones are better, this had terrible asssd results, slow, boot time, slow system scans, jitters, BSOD's and getting the M4 i hanevnt looked back, the original Vertex2 was the best before they skimped on the nand...
