What is Teredo?

I was looking at my Port Forwarding settings on my router and noticed some new entries that I did not add. Just curious if I should be worried or not. Here is a pic.

84

A quick note, the IP the ports were opened on isn't my PC, so I don't even know what its too.

Not that I know of. My xbox is .101 and my PC is .102. The ping said it was unreachable.

Yea, I understand that its Teredo Tunneling (which i still don't understand lol), but why would these ports be randomly opened on my router on what I thought was an unused address.

Just delete the ports that have been forwarded, uPnP will add them again if something you have/do actually depends on them.
