It handles it well enough for me, settings are a bit all over the place because Auto tends to give me the best performance/looks. The majority of the settings are on medium or high with a couple on low and ultra. Running a low resolution though. And yes, because that is both time and money that I don't really have. I'm a poor engineering student, give me a break.

What do you mean by "reasonable" temperatures? If your GPU is running that cool and the heatsink feels cool as well then you probably have a faulty sensor. If your GPU is running that cool the heatsink should be extremely hot because it's more efficiently transferring heat
