My parents just bought a new Vizio 2012 HDTV that comes with one of those remotes where the backside is a keyboard and they have no idea how to use remote.
Are there any super simple Universal Remotes that can control TV, DirecTV, AV Reciever, Blu-Ray Player, etc.
I looked at those Logitech ones, but they have so many buttons. Setup can be complicated because I can do it, but I need easy to use after setup.
By easy to use I mean easy to teach. I'm sick of getting phone calls throughout the day asking how to turn up the volume.
