Thanks. The optical drive tray still fits, but I drilled out the 2.5" bay so as to fit the H60 rad.

It was mentioned a while ago, but I guess I would first try a different fan, perhaps lap the Scythe and try re-seating it? The Shuriken is a reasonable small cooler. But the "Big" version is an improvement. Sorry that I didn't see it mentioned, but what TIM did you use? A better one might help also.
That's my idea for a budget fix. biggrin.gif

shuriken is the best bang for buck cooler for ITX boards, Id try reseating, making sure the fan is blowing down (and at full speed) and checking your cpuV bevore anything else. The big shuriken wont fit on that board without blocking the pci-e slot. The samuel 17 is not a good choice. So If you must replace I think the best option is the AXP-140. Which is a better cooler, but with a much higher price tag
