So the wire that WiSK recommended me to get from over in my other thread came today so I set out on my very first mod.

This is the mess that was there before:

and this is what it looks like now:

imo it looks really nice with all the black wires.

I really like the look of it. And as you post this I just realize that I've only got 3 SATA power connectors on the wires of my newly bought OCZ ZX psu although I need 4 in a row...

You need a crimping tool to do this, don't you?

Don't need crimping tool. Those you just push the wires into the 5 slots and there's a cap which covers it.

Ill admit I did use the pliers for it tongue.gif

I was very carful with it and made sure they were secure in the seat and such. The crimp tool i found wasnt for these kind of wires and I just didnt fancy paying that much money for the crimper to do a couple of pins.
