The game runs "fine", yet you get kicked by PB and you moan that Battlelog didn't work right one time (omg the horror). But it's not DICEs fault! No, the game runs fine! Except for the part where you're actually complaining that it didn't!
Not only that, but the fact that you can log in to Battlelog straight away, which automatically logs you into Origin with the same credentials when you start a match....
Half an hour to install the battlelog plugin?
Too many inconsistencies and what seems to be a lack of understanding and user error. Sounds like your PC has issues tbh.

Lets play a game called clarify:
1. The game does run fine when you actually get a chance to play it. PB, Battlelog, and origin; I consider is outside of Dices hands, Dice has little to no say in this matter, and I do not consider it part of the game. I also did not say it was one time of this happnening. It seems to be a recurring pattern which as if Origin degrades over a period of time of unuse.
2. Read it again, As I said relogging into battlelog directly on firefox sometimes wont allow me to check/uncheck filters. Also I there seems to be a problem after a few weeks of not playing bf3, which is not opening origin at all, this will make ea mess up my password and wil lrequire me to reset it,
3.I didnt say it took half an hour to install battlelog. I said I mucked about with the battlelog plugin to make it work, Since the browser keeps telling me I do not have battlelog after numerous attempts of reinstalling.

Does that satisfy your understanding of these "inconsistencys"? Or should I write an essay and time stamp every action I took to get through the origin/battle log garbage, comeplete with voice commentary?rolleyes.gif

1 week of not playing, log into origin
"Sorry invalid password, Sorry we didnt save your password for the hundredth time even though you told us too"
*enter password*
"Sorry invalid password go reset it while we laugh at you"
*reset pw to the same one used*
"Sorry you dont own any games trololoolol"
*reinstall origin start battlelog*
"Sorry you dont have battlelog installed on firefox heres a set of instructions to teach you how to do it"
*half an hour of mucking around*
"AHAHAHH we cant let you change the filters"
*swap over to chrome bypassing origin and loging into battlelog directly*
"Sorry wrong pws"
*Set chrome as default so origin will boot chrome select server*
"TROLOLO PB HAS KICKED YOU"
YEa that alone is already is a game breaking bug. Actually no its not a bug its not dices fault the game runs fine, its a bloody tumor amassed by ea.

Sounds like an issue on your end, TBH.

Are they trying to do anything about this? The fixes are great, but without getting rid of the cheaters it kinda makes these changes useless for all the non cheaters and people who just enjoy playing without cheating. The cheaters still have the auto-aim and still know where you are at because of the player spot boxes. I love the game and enjoy the teamwork (when people do try use teamwork), but im not nearly as excited to play the game anymore when i know im just gonna join a game to get killed from across the map by some no talent loser thats cheating. VOIP for a squad would be a bonus too

I hate to say it, but cheaters are always going to exist. The only thing developers can do is patch hacks as soon as they come out, which is just a losing battle because the updated hacks will come out within a few days of them being patched. You have to simply find a good server with responsible moderators to ban hackers as soon as they can.

I do think people claim there are more hackers than there actually is. I'm not going to deny that they exist in the game, but certainly not to the extent people say. Maybe I get lucky and only join good servers. I do see people throwing accusations around all the time at people that are definitely not hacking, though. Truthfully, there's no way of proving they hack either, since there's no form of kill-cam or spectator mode.

It seems like I get to play every other day, since there are periods hours long where multiplayer won't launch. No settings to be changed, just somedays it launches everyone I click on right away, and some days it just sits there forever with that pop-up that says "Joining server...". I pray this gets fixed. Everything else would just be a bonus as far as I'm concerned.

Anyone else seem to have this problem often?

i did too sometimes. Have you tried clicking on the BF3 icon on bottom sometimes it will bring you to the loading game page and it then worked for me.
