We’ve got hands on some files which reveals specifications and details of ASUS ROG Maximus V GENE motherboard. Its the ASUS Republic of Gamers motherboard based on upcoming Intel Z77 chipset. As older ‘GENE’ variants, this also comes in m-ATX form factor.

Those are not the final heatsinks BTW and it probably won't have only a 4-pin CPU connector. Probably just an engineering sample.

or expansion slots, we have two PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots and one PCI-Express 2.0 x4 slot. It comes with a little expansion card called MPCIE Combo, this provides an extra mini-PCIe x1 slot for expansion without using those precious full PCIe slots.
