This is the board I want. It almost seems like a waste since I will only have a single card and I probably won't OC much (whatever IB quads can do with 100W of power - I'd hope 4.5ghz). But red, black and white are my favorite colors.
I love mATX systems, it's a nice challenge. I won't derail this too much but it's completely doable, no real limitation except space, somewhat (for my case, you can either have a couple of long graphics cards, and less HDDs, or <9" graphics cards and more HDDs; or you could just mount some to the bottom of the case.).

looks wise no doubt this is a killer, but i think features wise asrock z77 profession-m (m being for m-atx) takes the cake.
it has 2 x pcie 3.0 lanes + 1 pcie 2.0, has 10 sata ports (6 being sataiii and 4 being sataii), has more display connectivity option, dvi, vga, hdmi and display port. By the way these are confirmed specs. I got the spec sheets with me
