Boring.
Another sensei and the mass will cheer for steelseries.
After this its most likley the Navi version of sensei.

Gotta catch em all?

Its most likely just SS trying to resale the Sensei to those that have already bought it by offering a coating that should have been available from launch. LOL well done SS thumb.gif

goto the bow to the master picture and like this comment
"John Paradis I hope it uses an updated no prediction sensor like the g400 with updated firmware (no prediction) or the deathadder 3.5g :/"
Maybe it will help for the future :/

Firmware/lens/MCU/LED. Basic architecture is the same as the G400/DA

Anyway dated tech. You guys should really be wishing for a accel fixed A9XXX laserstream.

PS: surprised you aren't happy with the new spawn beta firmware.(if you tried it). tongue.gif

Never know what the future brings. Best to be optimistic no matter where it's coming from.

OK so this photo is up on their website as well which shows a gloss finish?

So maybe its not a Sensei clone and there's actually an internal change?

Doubt its glossy.
Look at their other pictures.

"Bow to the master again" = sensei.
https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/425055_10150591935584022_6132634021_9026497_2069721115_n.jpg = rubberized.
4/7 pictures clearly show rubberized, 2 show "glossy" but does not mention anything about glossy.

And even if it is its prolly just 2 new versions of Sensei. 1 rubberized aka xai and one glossy aka kinzu v2 pro.

But its most certain its another sensei crap.
Maybe they bumped the dpi to 1990000 or something so you can move the mouse 1 inch to get from earth -> moon.

Anyway, they will prolly show whatever the crap is at cebit this week.

i think they jumped on this "glossy" "non-glossy" "rubberized" train, like zowie and all the others did.
i bet its a normal sensei (internal) with a xai surface and amazing LED special xfX *bling bling* *starlights blinking*
and another one with a glossy surface and the same amazing weight-causing disco lights frown.gif
sad but true, i guess
