The PC-Q08 has a 140mm on the front and enough room to put a 140mm rad. Bitfenix is coming out with a case that can fit a 120.2 rad. Then there is always the Cubitek Mini-Tank that can hold a bunch of rads. thumb.gif

Yes, but the Cubitek defgeats the purpose of having the mITX... i had one, loved it, but it was god aweful big... i would wager it was the same size as my TJ08 square inch wise.

Very nice build Derek, thanks for sharing!

Remember I mentioned before I was interested in the Fractal Design Core 1000?

Well, Linus did an unboxing:

For the price point, $39.99, it does have some nice features.

@OP well you probably got sick of the HAF X cos you never needed it.

Why would you need a cas like that for a single GPU setup it doesn't really make sense unless you have a massive watercooling system and or a million hard drives, bay devices etc.

Just buy a case to suit your rig!

Earlier I stated I was going to get another 6870 to Crossfire. However, I began to play the pointless waiting game and just replace it with a higher end card.

I got tired of my CM Storm Scout. It was huge and I didn't use it to its full potential. Single GPU, stock fans, one optical drive, one SSD and one HDD.. the case was overkill.

Downsized to an mATX NZXT Vulcan, which made everything more portable, lighter (CM Storm Scout itself was quite heavy), and airflow improved because of the completely mesh side panel.

you could have downsized to a SG08 biggrin.gif will need a new mobo, but definitely "smaller" biggrin.gif

I am in the process of gathering parts for my TJ08 build. "upgrading" from TJ07 to TJ08 LOL biggrin.gif . Just feel that my current build is too empty and not that efficient plus I prefer compact. I want to do internal watercooling for my cpu+gpu while at the same time being able to admire it from a window(which I will cut). However yesterday I saw some builds here of the ft03 with internal watercooling kind of leaving me undecided now. The only qualms I have is the FT03 is too cram and I won't be able to admire my gpu block on that inverted matx setup as on the TJ08 frown.gif

You guys think I should go ahead with the TJ08?

The goals I wish to achieve is

1. Smallest form factor possible
2.Able to admire my wc blocks and guts of my rig
3. M-Atx as I would like expandability for a sound card and good overclocking(probably the ROG series)

Thanks in advance thumb.gif
