I wouldn't expect too many people to jump into this thread too fast, ASRock is not the most "in demand" manufacturer. Not to mention the price of X79 builds, the crowd is thin but give it time.

Add me to the list! Just received my Extreme 6/GB and Intel 3820!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So excited!

Now I just need my new case to arrive to start a buildlog!
Subed. May be getting one of these in the near future with a i7 3820.

As great as Ivy Bridge is I just don't feel like moving from one dead socket (775) into another dead end socket (1155).

There's plenty of folks here on OCN that can afford many builds and see ASRock as the newest up and coming board to use. I have faith. thumb.gif

The LGA1366 is dead too, but still kickin' in many builds. wheee.gif It'd be nice to see another owner soon. yessir.gif Don't let the socket problem get ya down. They always die every few years. tongue.gif This is OCN! coolsmiley03.png Buy it like it's hot! devil.gif lol

After seeing the 3770k overclocked benchmarks I've pretty much made my decision. I should be ordering in the next month or two. I'll be sure to take lots of pics.

An Extreme 6/GB + 3820 are looking extremely appealing.
