Sorta ? I had a few ram issues at first with 3 different kits . I ended up getting this kit http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231503 The Gskill ram is working perfect with my ASRock board.

I have tried different makes of ram (corsair, kingston, patriot, generic) different speeds(1333,1600,1800,2133,2400) different size(1gb,2gb,4gb,8gb) and some others not listed in the Asrock site, i even mixed different makes, speeds and sizes and all combinations worked, never had any problem with ram.

I used some old 1.9v sticks that needed to be down clocked to run @1.65v. After upping the vttcpu voltage they ran fine @1333 with a low windows index score of 7.2 thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif.

Yeah Sorta lol, My comp goes black screen after windows loading after i install my HD7770 Display Driver it's real messed up.
for the moment its running as a standard vga adapter thing or something, with a res of 720 x 480 won't let me alter it haha

but everything else is working mint cpu at 4.2 my ram is at 2133mhz, can't get it to 2400 think i need to clock my cpu a little more

my temps are also good despite not having thermal paste atm, though im not loading the cpu at all for this reason
I coward out at 47% load with 48 degrees max on any core lmao

No thermal paste on cpu? and you have clocked it to 4.2! thinking.gif What type of cooler are you using?

Actually standard method of pea size is not enough for these monster chips. They need a bit more than that.

I just finished running superpi @4.8 ghz and bsod. My bios was acting slow and glitchy so I flashed the new bios with no problems. Come to find out my system is still acting up because my ssd is toast? As soon as I unplugged it everything is back to normal. I think I'm done buying OCZ vertex drives.

I have done a little playing with SoftPerfect RAMDisk. When I set up my permanent RAMDisk we can compare scores. biggrin.gif

What are you using your RAMDisk for?
