Anyone try the Asrock Extreme Tuning Utility (the overclocking/monitoring app)? The DRAM Voltage reading is much higher than what is set in the BIOS. I have DRAM voltage set at < 1.4V in the UEFI BIOS and it shows up as 1.665V in the Asrock utility in Windows. Could this value be correct? If so, that's quite a difference. The other readings look more or less correct. I don't know of another reliable monitoring software that shows VDIMM.

Mine is the same way. I have low voltage ram and set my timings to manual and my dram to 1.35. AXTU shows 1.65 while in windows....not sure why. I sure hope that is incorrect!

LLC is from level 1-5, at level 1, the load voltage is highest, a level 5 it is lowest. It makes more of a difference when you get to higher clocks, because the load pulls extra vcore, and you need LLC to stabilize the chip.
You chip seems about average, it is hard to tell with out going to 4.5ghz +
At offset voltage, with speedstep enabled, your CPU will clock down at idle and you vcore will go down at idle too. What really matters is their values relative to each other at full load though.
Disabling the power saving features doesn't make much difference, as far as power is concerned. The majority of your savings are with speedstep, and even then, your power savings are very small with C1E, c3, c6, ect.

I would probably push your BCLK to 125-133, and lower your multi, because you cap out the multi early on the 3820.

But when you change your BCLK you have to start using fixed vcore instead of offset. Just take a look at what your vcore is with CPUID, make note of it, then apply the same overclock with a 125 BCLK, setting the vcore to what you know is stable and start working your way up with multi or BCLK, up to you.

Glad to hear that you are stable. If you run into any signs of instability or want to try a slightly higher OC, I'd recommend pushing up your LLC to about 3 or even 2. The higher you overclock, generally the less voltage drop (droop) you want under load. The smaller the LLC number, the less droop under load. With my 3930K I have my offset at -0.25 and LLC at 3, which gives me a max Vcore of about 1.28V at load at 4470MHz.
