I just got my Extreme 4-m with 3930k and so far it's been a super easy ride, bios upgrades are hellaeasy as is OCing on this badboy altho I ran into a problem, most likely not specifically to do with motherboard but it was throttling my CPU OC due to the VRM overheating at anything above 4.2 and because of my case I was not able to provide the VRMs with additional cooling - so I stuck with 4.2 ghz atm. If you can provide some additional cooling to the VRMs expect a very nice OC out of this board. I managed my 4.2 with just 1.2V which I believe is really nice :).
Altho do take notice that it's an m-ATX board with just 3 PCI-E slots and only 2 of them are PCI-E gen3 x16, middle one is x8. If you have a PCI soundcard it will have to go in the top slot with the videocard on the very bottom one because otherwise the soundcard would be directly below the videocard and thus blocking it's airflow.
Hope that helps with the decision :).
err... ohwell .. I just noticed - its not ATX and not even E-ATX but CEB. Unfortunate. I have very small case
As far as I know "CEB" is actually a bit smaller than E-ATX but a bit bigger than ATX - http://www.brighthub.com/computing/hardware/articles/71808.aspx
