Actually, the Corsair ForceGTs have better write speeds than the Vertex 4s (515MB/s vs. 430MB/s for 120gb and 128gb, respectively speaking).
So, my write speeds should be better than your Vertex 4s in RAID-0 on the Intel X79 controller as my Read speeds clearly show they are.
Something is preventing the writes from performing at their optimum.. I enabled Write cache in iRST and it increased my 4K Write speed four-fold; from ~ 50mb/s to over 200mb/s (see pic). My Acc. Time Write speed also reduced a lot but not sure what that does. My main concern are the Sequential Read/Write times that are advertised on these SSDs. The Force GT 120GB is supposed to do 555Mb/s Read and 515Mb/s Write. In RAID-0, they should be pushing 1Gbps which they are in ATTO but not AS-SSD.
AS-SSD and ANVIL both show terrible Seq. Write speeds (~ 300Mbps for TWO of them in RAID-0). Something is definitely off.
