Asus VS248H-P Fuzzy/Blurry Picture

Hey,

I just bought this monitor, and I have my Xbox 360 hooked up to it. I'm using HDMI and set my Xbox to 1080p, but the image is very fuzzy/blurry. I have a 720p LCD HDTV and the picture on it is crystal clear, and puts this monitor to shame. I've tried everything in the menu/settings and nothing fixes it. I've never seen anything like this before.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I'm very disappointed because I've read nothing but good things about this monitor.

What about 1080p with a computer?

Also which xbox? My old arcade was really grainy on 1080p.

Thanks, but I can't test that because I don't have the right adapter (I have a 2007 iMac) to connect to it. I bought this exclusively for Xbox 360 use so I don't need that adapter.

Something I just thought of though, I'm going to try a different HDMI cable, this one might be a dud.

I tried a new HDMI cable and it appears to be a little better, but still fuzzy/blurry compared to my TV. I don't understand what could be causing this.

It's the new Xbox 360 "slim" if you like to call it that.

same problem here bro, I have the same monitor with new xbox 360 slim E model. very blurry with the monitor with HDMI. picture is perfect with my macbook and my pc tower with same monitor, amazing quality with my friends 720P samsung HDTV, but not with this monitor. Heck, even composite hooked to my old CRT tube tv looks better
