Help me!!! Drives me nuts! Memtest86+

Alright it drives me crazy.

2500K @ 4.5GHz
Asus P8P67 Deluxe B3 latest BIOS
2 x 4GB of Gskill Ripjaws X 1333mhz CL9 1.5V

when the system is at stock, the RAM is running fine and I don't get any errors in memtest86+ 4.20

When the system is OCed, I get a random BSOD "memory management" at boot (once every few days) I get memtest errors quickly also...

The 2500K is my first CPU that has an onboard memory controller...I assume the overclock is at cause....
I use the offset at +0.030 for now...but it tried manually also....

I set the RAM manually at 1.5V, 9-9-9-24-2T.

any ideas?

Your overclock is unstable, simple as that. Keep messing around with your VCC voltage and ensure you're using offset voltage. Run your timings and memory voltage at factory recommended.

try ;
VCCIO -1.1v
Dram voltage 1.55v

Humm...
I'm getting errors at default settings now...

I guess, I'll grab a cheap 8GB kit mthen RMA that Ripjawz x kit to gskill.

I have two options:

1- Grab a 8GB kit of the same Gskill stuff (ddr3-1333), rma the defective one, and when it comes back, I now have 16GB in the computer...

2-Try corsair vengeance LP or Mushkin stuff (8Gb kits) with maybe better CAS/speed

I trusted Gskill and recommended it to friends...I know a fluke happens...but did they drop QC?
