i would totally empty the water out and do it again.

you might want to shake your radiator and squeeze your tubing to let all those pockets out of the loop.

looks like there's blockage or something causing water pockets @ a fast pace

Dont get me wrong, performance is not affected at all! This 1000 LPH pump is like a rocket and my temps are a chill 28C idle 36C load on my overclocked 955.

Looking at the pics it looks like air. Take the top off your res to allow it to escape.
That is a normal looking res with air bubbles for first several days. Every time a single trapped air bubble from rad goes through the pump it gets obliterated into tiny bubbles. Totally normal, just let it run.

The little sponge in the reservoir causes that.
1000LPH on a loop that small.. The water will be firing around that loop and could be mixing with air on the return, That doesn't look like air bubbles coming out of the water which you usually get after you fill a loop, When you fill a new loop you may have a few air bubble stuck to the edge of the plastic but nothing like that..

If it doesn't go away which i dont think it will.. Drop the inlet to the lower port (i think i can see another G1/4 thread under the one its returning on atm?) so the return is more submerged in the water

Btw Does it sound like the pump is catching air bubbles?
Your flow might be too high(>1.5gpm) for the sponge system to work right:
I found it's only effective up to about 1.5GPM, but the top down inlet mod (Shown in the last part of the video) allows flow rates up to 3GPM without air disturbance.

I would turn the pump down or do the top down inlet mod.
