I have one for my plasma, and WOW does it make a difference. Makes the picture really pop and makes blacks look much darker. Also completely removed any eyestrain I used to get while watching movies with the lights off. Best $60 you can spend on a home theater / monitor setup.

You can get the lights here, which comes w/ an adjustable shade to adjust light output.

No they don't work, because I already wear correctional glasses and I can't wear TWO PAIRS OF GLASSES effectively. My nose just can't repel surface area of that magnitude.

I also have amBX ambient lights behind my monitor(s), so eye strain isn't really an issue. They can reproduce practically any color and they have software that hooks into a lot of games and media players to sync it to whatever colors are on your screen. When I'm not gaming they just cycle through a color pattern that I defined.
