Q.2: Depends on your volts and temps you are running. What is your vCore? etc. etc.

BUT

Chances are that you will need aftermarket cooling, H60 is ok

Q.3: 4Ghz should be doable, or close.

I do not understand your question 1???????

That is one specool.gif motherboard thumb.gif

well on stock the vcore was 1.475v and i added 0.075v to it only..
I was afraid to add more volts on stock cooler that's why i added only .075v to it...

Question 1.
I'm running my cpu on 4ghz frequency with the multiplier increased from x16 to x20...
But it ain't stable... Don't know why ???
How to run it stable it on stock cooler or say will i be able run my cpu at 4ghz on a stock cooler...

If no why/if yes why ?
Help...

DO NOT INCREASE YOUR vCore ANY MORE.

Your chip maybe unlucky and not hit 4Ghz, but you need to do it in small steps to find what you need.

Have a read of this guide it is very good and help full.

Use Core Temp to monitor temp's

Then use one of these or all of them to test stability:

Over drive
Prime 95

i do use prime 95 to test the stability and even run some some games...
After a while just a blue screen and a reboot..
Any idea what actually the problem is ?

And ya should i stop overclocking my chip on stock cooler ?
and asking once again asking this - i'm good to go with a h60 and hit around 4ghz. with no unstability problem ?

An aftermarket cooler will most likely be notable in your attempts to overclock your CPU. What temps are you at now? Although the cpu temp wouldnt be a huge factor unless it was nearing the "too much" point then I would be concerned at that point.

Most of the time the problems with overclocking a CPU come down to; Not enough volts/wrong settings else where in the BIOS. and some people just cannot get CPUs over some speeds.

First off, I wouldn't overclock a processor on stock cooler, ever. You risk way too much. Second of all, 1.475V stock sounds insanely high to even attempt. Disable turbo core, and the vcore should go back to it's "normal" setting of like 1.275.
