You need to change the CPU SMP slot to only use 3 out of 4 cores, the AMD GPU uses almost an entire core of the CPU while it is folding. The CPU SMP folding trying to use 100% of your CPU in addition to the ~20% that the AMD GPU is using is crippling your CPU's performance. Also have you input a passkey into your client? Have you folded 10 CPU SMP WUs on it yet or not? CPU bonus points require 10 SMP WUs turned in so that will increase your PPD by a lot once you get bonus points.
To lower the core usage on the CPU SMP folding you technically should
finish your current CPU WU, but I wouldn't blame you if you didn't. Next click configure in the top left,
click on the SMP slot and click edit. Finally change the number of SMP CPUs threads (
shown here but not the outlined in red part, it's the field with the 0 in that picture) from -1 or 4 down to 3.
Also if you haven't already, setup your AMD GPU slot to receive the best WUs for it by following
step 4 of zodac's v7 client guide.
The GPU saying unknown is expected with the v7 client and the pre fermi Nvidia GPUs, my GTX260 c216 also says unknown but I still get the 8K PPD out of it no problem.

Give the V2 client a run, link can be found in my sig. Follow the A-Z guide link. I would think that you'd be getting around 26-30k.
He doesn't want to be running anything but the v7 client for the AMD.
