Right now what's the best deal for DDR3 memory on Amazon? In regards to price/size/performance. Of course im talking about quality memory from renown manufacturers.
Any other suggestions are welcomed. Happy rest of the day.
If I had to pick between the two you posted I would go with the Corsair 16 GB Vengeance Low Profile kit. Due to having lower timings then the kingston ram 9-9-9-24 VS 9-9-9-27 (remember for ram the lower the timing the better)
Get the 1st one djrifil linked..well..depends on what platform you're running..If it's Intel=Samsung
If it's AMD=maybe mushkin enhanced blackline,super-talent..something like that.
I see you are on AMD..I ran Super-Talent for years..eh..sold them like a dummy
I'd say low-latency Mushkins..voltage does not matter.

Intel or AMD don't really matter and that's just marketing saying "optimized for Intel" blablabla. I usually ignore the XMP and just clock it manually. it is same across the board.
RAM must look cool now and have some sort of cover or neat heat spreaders because that makes them better. Laptops don't do this though because nobody's looking at them which makes you wonder why they bother putting them on there in the first place? I haven't checked the temps on my RAM but at the same time it has a 120mm fan drawing air over it all the time too.
Thanks for bringing Samsung to my attention djriful
These are quite expensive to me but im considering them now.

Like i said since memory is cheaper now i want to get some sticks before prices skyrocket again. So it's for a future build in maybe 6 months to 1 year.
Again, any other suggestions are more than welcome.
Those Samsung ram are still $40-50 per 8GB kits in other stores. It is just Amazon raised the price up to $100. They were $39 before.
They are not expensive if you don't mind buying them off Newegg or other stores than Amazon.
went with 2 4GB sticks of this Samsung memory. Im considering 16GB when 8GB sticks become more common.
Let's see how it goes from now.
