Well the problems are reason enough not to buy it, and the launch day DLC doesn't help your cause. I'm sorry but if companies want our money they have to at least pretend
like they need our business. EA always takes the customer for granted. So until they get it together (some) people will vote with their wallet.

And those that use Origin as an excuse.....Any AAA title thats released on Steam/Origin/etc. will have a crack that will allow you to play it however you want, so stealing because of that is no excuse
The Witcher 2 removed DRM and sold 400,000 in it's first week. Skryim sold almost 500,000 in 2 days, and that's not including digital sales. People are willing to pay for good service, and people are willing to pay for quality. There will always be pirates just like they'll be people willing to pay for junk. It's that percentage in the middle that's swayed by a companies actions and reputation.
