Here ya go: ASUS P4P800 or ABIT IC7.

Other than that? Maybe the ABIT AI7 but.....those two above are the best.

I don't think there are any socket 478 boards with a PCI-Ex16 slot and SATA Ports, if there were, I sure don't know which and who made it but most likely if there was one, it won't be a good overclocker.

Anyhow, it seems like if you want PCI-Ex16 and SATA ports then you should start looking in replacing pretty much all your core components, not just MoBo & CPU.

There are no PCIe S478 motherboards. But, you could always get a SATA controller card to go with the Abit IC7. That board was like THE best S478 overclocker.

I agree... seems to be time for a more exhaustive overhaul if you want PCI-E + SATA.

The cheapest upgrade path would be a socket 939 motherboard + a AMD Opteron 144 or 3700+. Performance should be around the same as your current set up, and it overclocks nicely.

Mobo: DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 $104.99
CPU: AMD Opteron 144 Venus 1000MHz HT Socket 939 $77.00

Those look decent, but don't expect any overclocking from those (although with your current Intel board, you can't overclock right now anyways.)

My solution for AMD socket 939 is not much more expensive... and allows you to overclock!

If the DFI board is too expensive, there are cheaper AMD socket 939 boards that perform very well.
