It's like, my favorite poster. Always an LOL at your avatars.

Crucial M4 128GB ^^

I'd suggest a Plextor if it was less, but it isn't. Samsung 830 series are nice too but also more expensive, so M4.

Out of those ones you have listed, I would go with the M4 or the Corsair performance pro as in terms of price, reliability and performance and both use the same controller which is quite popular. I would stay away from the Force series since they use sandforce.

Another good SSD I would look at would be the samsung 830.

Good luck.

I'll pitch in to the M4 as well, I have that model and haven't had a single hiccup with it.

I love my Corsiar Force GT which works great but I also have an Intel chipset and controller. You're probably going to have to look at the M4 with having an AMD rig. When it comes to Sata III ports they're made for SSD and the performance is amazing.
All of the following i'd suggest.
  • Crucial M4
  • Samsung 830
  • Corsair Performance Pro
  • Plextor M3 Series
  • Intel 510/520

Just out of curiousity, where did you come up with the Intel & AMD only works with certain ssd nonsense? It's simply not true at all.

Yea...where and how did you manage to conclude that?

This ^^^^^

The 520 from Intel is the one and only Sandforce based drive to consider.

But the m4 seems to be on sale a lot now. Great drive, great speed and great reliability.
