ok...so in my BIOs, there is an option which says, "System Bios Cacheable". The options that they give me is to Disable is (which it is) or Enable it. What is this and will it help in any way with overclocking or performance wise?

This has to do with shadowing your system BIOS ROM. They say that shadowing increases performance by copying the BIOS code from ROM to much faster system RAM.
Enabling this setting will allow the system to cache this RAM.
If you have system BIOS shadowing disabled, this setting will be ignored.

Regards....

With newer systems today there is no point in enabling it as no performance increase will be seen and when enabled it means there is just more for the BIOS to cope with.
