by any chance do you have a "Load Line Calibration" option on your BIOS, that big jump on the vcore, normally happens when you put some load on your CPU, it depends on the motheboard on how much it will raise. On my case i have a 1100T @4Ghz 200x20, my vcore its on 1.45, but when i stress my cpu it goes to 1.47, a while ago on some motherboards, there was a little mod you can do, called pencil mod, wich will calibrate that fluctuation, but now on some motherboards, there's the option that i mention before, maybe you wanna check on that!

i know what llc means but i have 4 settings for it auto, normal, slight and disabled i set it to normal and it keeps the volts at what i have it set at but my cpu is just power hungry would always crash about 5 seconds into prime.
vcore was set at 1.47v
ht link 2200
nb 2400
dram memory 1333 9-9-9-24
so yeah unless i want a fried chip i can't reach 4ghz on this board.
i have tried the other settings for it auto just allows vcore to jump up 1.58v when it's set at 1.45v slight allows it to go up about 0.2v higher then what i have it set at.
