From another user via google:
"when OC in the Bios just highlight over cpu V core it will be shaded with the rest of the voltage selection, press (+) to lift the voltage and (-) to drop the voltage,
on the numpad and oh yes dont forget that when you OC your CPU your QPI voltage raises too, so make sure your
QPI is Less than your cpu V core "

FINALLY, someone responded, automatic +1. However, I have already tried that and it didn't work. I have been around boards a ling time, boards back in the day used that + - method to change bios settings. This problem alludes me.

Have you tried typing the values?
Searching, I see people changing some values but not CPU VCORE, they change CPU Voltage.

376
From windwithme’s Core i7 review.

Also it might be annoying to mention it again, but are you using the NumPad's +/- or PageUp/PageDown to adjust values, have you pressed Num Lock ?
