Thread Starter
Hi guys I need a favor, I'm strictly on a mobile device for the time being.I'm looking for a amd CPU/mobo combo prolly off newegg since they seem to have the best deals.I'd like to stay between $150-$200 range if possible.Could someone post some links on what you can find and I can take it from there ..I'd appreciate it.

I'd like a fx series if possible unless you guys can find something better..

my previous post was for a very good "overclockable" AMD CPU but if you have no overclocking in mind then grab a Core i3 2120 115$+ASRock H67M (B3) 80$ and if you dont have future up grades in mind the pick a cheap 50$ H61 motherboard thumb.gif
*edit*
do you have Microcenter around ??????? because you can go with

960T+GA-990FXA-UD3 180$
or
Phenom II 1045T X6+ GA-990FXA-UD3 200$
or
FX 6100+Asus M5A97 195$

i would higly recommend you a 960T+GA-990FXA-UD3 @180$ thumb.gif
Hope that helped thumb.gif

A little over budget (and not a combo) but still great:

Cpu- amd phenom ii x4 960t
Mobo- asus m5970-evo

Total $250. You could swap the 960t for 4100, but the 960t can unlock and the 4100 is only a bit faster the other way. Despite them being both quads, 960t does multitasking better (all cores are compleatly indepentdent). That said, 4100 is still a good deal (if you overclock it) so do what u want.
