What TIMM? It was the NT-H1 that cemented my old 1100t to the NH-D14.
Learned my lesson, used hair dryer next time around, Oh and I freaked out too, since it came out without unlatching it and all of that.

TIM was arctic silver 5.

i tried bending some pins back once, but i ripped the pins off so i was sad frown.gif

i would hate it to bend pins on like a 2011 board or something, i would cry

I did the same thing to my 1035t installing my h100, i just bent the pins back using a small screwdriver, it still works fine.

The machenicle pencle thing is probabley the best sugestion. One advanage to amd - bent bins are often not a killer, as long as none fell off just try to bend them back (carefuly)
