Need help on motherboard - Page 2

I have brought the Asus MAXIMUS IV EXTREME Rev.3.0 Intel P67 Express Socket 1155 Motherboard, that you sugested @Tarun
But i have a problem with putting it in asus optimal mode, it crashes the computer and sometimes removes the OS from the hard drive, frown.gif do you knowhow to fix that?

Im trying to update my mobo now, and the next button to apply the update has turned into a flash button. as im aware that deletes the files on your motherboard, is that really safe/neccesary for updateing
EDIT: upadted it, it now gets as far as windows 7 saying " Starting windows" So im going to follow the rest of that guide, thanks for showing it smile.gif
