You cannot install OSX onto an Apple TV. The AppleTV, although it does have a stripped down version the darwin kernel running on it. I know you can install linux on it with XBMC, but that is because.. well, its linux. You can pretty much install it on anything.

No. The iPhone uses an ARM processor, and OS X doesn't run on ARM.

No. The Apple TV is running a very low end Pentium M and has 256GB of data.. Also, there are not USB ports or bluetooth on the machine to begin with, so what are you going to use to control it with once you have OSX installed on it (which it is running a custom variant of the Tiger).

Lion system requirements:
Intel Core 2 Duo, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or Xeon processor
2GB of RAM
Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later with the Mac App Store installed
At least 4GB of additional disk space to accommodate the download, but more is obviously recommended

Apple TV Gen 1 -
Pentium M 1GHz
256GB RAM
40-160GB drive.

Save yourself the hassle and don't bother installing a new OS onto the Apple TV. For the amount of effort that is being had in this little "project" you can go out and buy a cheap referbed Macbook nonuni for about 300-400.
