How much power does the following components use

I've never been good at calculating actual power used. I was wondering if someone could tell me the monthly wattage the following setups would use and how much a difference 24/7 usage would effect each of the following setups.

Setup #1
Q6600 @ 3.2 ghz (speedstepping enabled) 2.13 when low cpu load (probably 50% of time while I sleep)
Asus P5B Deluxe wifi
2x2 G.Skill PQ + 2x1 G.Skill PK

OCZ 600 watt GamerXStream
2x 80 mm intake case fans, 1x120mm exhaust
XFX 5770 1 gig Juniper (stock clocks unless gaming)

It is hard to calculate actual power usage accurately for your purpose, I suppose.

 

If you do not mind, perhaps consider spending US$20 to get a Kill-a-watt meter or alike.  It should give a fairly accurate number and its usage should give a long term benefit.
