Yes all those parts will be just fine mate. However i would get Windows Pro as they are better for Dual core cpu's

That a solid build, could save you a couple bucks and go with 800 G.skill.

Nice build, I suggest geting 2GB of RAM and geting a stronger PSU, maybe a 600W Seasonic, OCZ, FSP, or PC P&C.

As is stands 500w will be enough. Looks good, all parts should work together.
If your planning on adding some extras or upgrading down the line, you may want to get a better psu now, but thats up to you.
