So say the release of kelper comes out...do you think the 500 series would go down in price? if so how much?

hahaha

usually yes the price will go down, UNLESS the new card releasing on march 12th or 23rd is a total flop then we won't see any goodness on price. that's my prediction for you.

oh and by down, i wouldn't expect a huge decrease in price, ~10% at the most?
i mean with ati cards, the 69xx series are still priced the same

I highly doubt it. After the 500 series launched, I was hoping 400 series would drop in price so I could get a second GTX480 for a reasonable price, but I've only seen retail prices of the GTX480 go up. 460 dropped though, I guess it depends on how eager nVidia is to pretend certain cards never happened.
