I have three pairs because of how well they work. I have one pair for my house, another for my office and another when I travel (except I forgot them this time and my eyes have been fatigued all week). They're well worth it if you use computers a lot.

I'm seriously considering buying a pair. However, I game on both my PC and my consoles, which pair should I get? And I also wear glasses (no contacts yet), are the prescription lenses available for every style?

Seems to me like the amber/yellow lense is best for that in your face colors that are boarder line not real? And the Crystalline seem to be more neutral and deliver true color?

Meh. Still don't see that much of a difference except for tint. The amber just makes things warmer. The crystalline doesn't do anything, so wouldn't you be less likely to experience stuff like eye fatigue with the amber ones?

My biggest issue is that since I wear contacts my eyes tend to dry, i think im blinking a lot less when gaming than web browsing. Whether its contacts or glasses, long periods sometimes cause me to loose sharpness till I blink a few times also, I guess Im a perfect canditate? These sure arent cheap though to TEST out for myself

Hello! GUNNAR eyewear has a distinct curve to the lens/frame, and is designed to trap humidity and create a moist environment for your eyes. It is actually very effective in reducing the symptoms you're experiencing - dry eyes from not blinking enough!

We definitely recommend amber lenses over crystalline lenses since they have the added benefit of blocking harsh UV rays and warming up the color of overly bright white screens. However, certain people need to see in true color - designers, artists, etc. We recommend crystalline for them.
