My eyes can hold out for a few more months (if my vision plan even covers it)

Yes, I suggest you find out about your vision plan. We are VSP compatible. If you can't wait a few months, grab a pair of Crystalline from one of our other retailers and take to 1 of our authorized optometrists to fill the Rx: www.gunnars.com/retailers (filter to Rx provider)

Tried Fry's as well. They had a couple pairs to try on but their display was broken and the nearest monitor was 150 ft away. Used my phone as a test screen. Sharpened it up a bit and magnified slightly, but not really a good test. My wife is buying me a pair this month for my birthday so I guess that will be the true test. Best Buy employee said he had a pair and has the same problem with going all bloodshot as I do and said they helped. I will be sure to review them in a month on this forum, no doubt thumb.gif

Unfortunately we only have Halogen in stock right now which isn't Rx compatible, but we will get more styles later in July and September. You can search other retailers like Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Gunnar-Anime-Onyx-Crystalline/dp/B005JTVP9C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1341340983&sr=8-1&keywords=crystalline+gunnar Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply, those "Anime" glasses do look nice and simple. I'm an old fashioned guy, and I like plain and simple things. tongue.gif

Now here's the thing, are they Rx compatible...sorry if this was asked before. I don't have a good vision and I'm nearsighted and have -2.75/-3.00(L/R) and on top of that severe eye fatigue if I'm starring for long periods of time. I take that these GUNNAR glasses has a special magnification feature which helps seeing computer screen(making text look bigger/sharper perhaps?), but will I've problems seeing things that are far away? I'm concerned and for making matters worse, I don't live in the US or any country that falls under the Rx providers' list. I'll PM you short if there's a workaround, and can you tell me how much does it cost for an Rx modified GUNNAR glasses, say for e.g the $99 frames? I'm only a student, and can't afford much and don't have an insurance for vision plans...so I'm kinda lost here.

Thanks for your time, and rep+ smile.gif

EDIT: Oh, and can you please tell me the name of this frame in this video: at 01:46

The top right frame above the ash colored frame and are they Rx compatible?

Hey, just went to place my order and it's stating that the OCN20 coupon is no longer valid. What gives? It worked fine 2 weeks ago but I was still trying to choose my style.
