EVGA GTX 550 ti overclocking using OC Scanner and EVGA precision

Thread Starter
Im looking into overclocking my graphics card , mostly came along when I was looking to increase my fan speeds to lower my temps when gaming.. I have a gtx 550 ti it has default 970 core, 1940 shader and 1050 memory clock and using EVGA precision I raised it to 1050 core , 2100 shader (*linked ) and 2415 memory , id rather avoid changing voltages if possible .. My big question is what results am I looking for when benchmarking using OC scanner , my score is usually 12-13 FPS and a score of 340-360 seems rather low ?

What are your scores before, overclocking if they are lower than before you applied the changes than, your card might be slowing it self down from heat, but I don't see that happening because you did a pretty modest overclock.
