[RPS] CD Projekt Will Never Use DRM Again, Says CEO - Page 2

I can't wait for the EE version to come out, which includes more content to prolong the longevity of the game. I want to purchase it and gift it to a friend on Steam who has been reluctant to buy it.

and this is why CDProjekt will continue to see my money, as long as the games remain the excellent quality that was Witcher 2

If my game ever sees the light of day, it will never have DRM or DLC.

I look forward to the rumored expansion pack for W2. After beating the game twice on both storylines, it left me wanting more.

That's quite a statement and bold move to go. Very nicely played, Mr. CEO. I am happy for you. I will buy your next game.

Speaking of which, what is the next game from them going to be? thinking.gif

And I don't have Witcher 2 - should I pick it up?

Yes, yes you should. The Witcher games start out slow, but my goodness do they become engrossing. They've created a fantastic universe, and it's easily one of my favorite franchises.

Cool, I definitely will get Witcher 2. I played a demo of the first one and it just didn't quite gel with me. But seeing the screens of the second one and checking a few in-game YouTube videos, I think I could get into it. biggrin.gif

Who can't get into some of the best graphics in a long time, along with some of the most realistic nude models I've ever seen in a game?

To top it off, decently fun combat, though challenging.

There are plenty of mods, as well:

Isn't CD Projekt the same company that didn't have DRM, welcomed anyone who aquirred the game and wished them best wishes hoping that they would enjoy it?

Then announced they were pursuing lawsuits against those who pirated the game? confused.gif Or am i thinking of another company.
