I choose to forget the atrosity that Bioware did with Tali's face (and the pathetic closure of the series as a whole), to me this is what she always looked like:

That picture is very well done (the one you posted). It's definitely how I would have pictured her. It would have been nice for Bioware to look to the community for something like this if they didn't plan on putting effort into it themselves. I don't think that would have ever happened, though.
