I'd say if you want to have something that can be purposed for other tasks, invest in a semi-decent low end graphics card, I think a 6770 would be a bit overkill personally.
Here are my suggestions for parts:
PowerColor AX6670 $69.99, $59.99 after rebate. Comes with a sonic game tongue.gif
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 $42.99, This amount of RAM might be a tad more than you would need, but at the same with the price of 8GB kits I think it would be worth it.
Antec NEO ECO 400C 400W $44.99, you really don't need anything higher than 500W for this build unless you plan to do some serious gaming on it. In fact 500W may be a bit too much, anything under 400W would be enough for Minecraft + a little more.
With these parts, this computer could double as a media PC for your television tongue.gif If you didn't really care about possibly dual tasking this machine, I'd say get the cheapest graphics card you can find.

that looks very tempting thinking.gif

I'd get a 5450 or 6450. I've seen them at 20$.
